I’m Colleen Drahos, pelvic floor physical therapist and ultrarunner, and I’m here to help you run free.

Your Best Running Era

I grew up playing soccer, but after tearing both my ACLs in high school (so much physical therapy!), I transitioned into the world of distance running. My current love is timed races, and I’ve been running 24 hour events since 2015. In 2024 I finally hit the qualifying standard for the USA National Team.

So how can I help you?

As a runner, I get it, we’re all a little weird, and we can go a little bonkers when we can’t train or race the way we want. If it’s a pelvic floor issue that is stopping you from reaching your running goals, I can help.

I’ve been a pelvic floor physical therapist since 2016 and every, single day I see how pelvic health issues can impact our physical and mental health.

You don’t have to deal with these issues in silence or feel embarrassed about seeking help. Together, we will figure out the root cause of your bladder, bowel, or pelvic pain problem by looking at your entire system as a whole. It’s never as simple as ‘just do more kegels’, so if this is what you’ve heard in the past, we can do better!

  • I will have office space in Randolph starting in April 2025. Reach out to schedule as these appointments are limited.

  • You do NOT have to be a runner to see me, nor do you have to be a certain ‘caliber’ of runner. While this page talks specifically about my running program, if you have a problem with your bladder or bowels, or have pelvic pain, I can help. Running is just the extra bonus that we can nerd out on.

  • I treat adults and older teens of all genders!
