  • Urine or Bowel Leakage

    Tired of wearing liners all the time? Holding back on exercise because you might leak? This isn’t something that you have to ‘just deal with’. We will figure out WHY you are leaking and come up with a treatment plan to fix it.

    Pelvic pain is a broad topic that can include things like groin pain, hip pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain, vulvar or vaginal pain, penile or testicular pain, and anal/rectal pain. If your pain is stopping you from doing what you love, I can help.

    Have you mapped out the local stores and know which ones have the best bathrooms? Are you constantly doing a ‘just in case’ run to the restroom? This is a symptom of an unhappy bladder and we can work together to give you back control.

    Frequency or urgency on the run? Leakage with hill training or speedwork? GI issues that you can’t figure out? Weird high hamstring or deep glute pain that lingers even after other types of PT? Let’s figure it out and get you hitting the road or trails with confidence.

    There are so many changes that happen during the menopause transition and it’s different for everyone. It could mean increased leakage to someone, frequent UTIs to another, and pelvic pain/pain with sex for someone else. I’m here to support you and fix the issues as they arise.

  • Pudendal Neuralgia

    Pudendal nerve irritation can make it hard to sit, have sex, exercise, or do any of your normal activities. Nerve irritation can be scary, but treatment does not have to be painful. With the right help, you can improve and get your life back!

  • Constipation and IBS

    Lots of straining or feeling like you don’t empty well? Our pelvic floor muscles need to know how to let go and relax in order to have a great bowel movement. We will address muscle dysfunction and retrain your system to give you a better go.
